Through December 31, 2026
5% off your
first month's rent
Sign a lease by December 31, 2026 and we'll credit 5% of your first month's rent toward your move-in costs. No code, no catch, and the rent you see is the owner's rent.
How it works
- Step 1
Find a home
Browse homes across our markets. Every listing shows the owner's monthly rent and who lists it.
- Step 2
Apply and sign
Apply online and sign your lease by December 31, 2026. No code needed. Every qualifying lease gets the credit.
- Step 3
Get your credit
5% of your first month's rent comes off your move-in balance, confirmed in writing with your lease.
What you save
The credit is 5% of one month's rent, taken off what you pay at move-in. Every month after that is the owner's listed rent.
| Monthly rent | Your credit | First month |
|---|---|---|
| $1,400 | −$70 | $1,330 |
| $1,800 | −$90 | $1,710 |
| $2,200 | −$110 | $2,090 |
| $2,600 | −$130 | $2,470 |

No. Every lease signed on a home listed on primefamilyhousing.com before the deadline qualifies automatically.
